We recruit dancers — all year round, not only when it burns. If the stage is in your head, you want full control of your own schedule and you are looking for work that respects you and your boundaries — this page was written for you, at eye level and without inflated promises. Ages eighteen and over only; stage experience is an advantage, not a condition — the rest we teach.

Who we are — in two lines

A private striptease show agency in the centre of the country: six formats, eighteen cities, a team of nineteen stage artists. The client side is visible across the whole site — the services page is the digest; this page is your side.

What we offer — without decoration

A schedule you control: you choose which evenings to work and which bookings to take; no quota, no "mandatory attendance", no fines. Same-evening pay: your work is paid at the end of the show, not "by the end of the month". Logistics on us: arrival coordination, vetted addresses and a coordinator on the phone across the whole evening — from departure to return. A full right of refusal: any booking can be declined, no explanations, and it is never held against you. A stage name and photo control: you decide how you appear in the gallery — including with no face shown; your privacy is a procedure, not a favour. Training: choreography, character work, crowd management — and a mentoring period where the first evenings go out alongside an experienced dancer.

What we do not have — and why it matters to you

Three "no"s that define the place. No sexual services and no intimate contact — we are a stage-show agency, and that boundary is closed with the client before you even leave home; it is your protection, not just a site rule. No filming — we do not recruit for filmed content and never ask anything of you on camera beyond gallery photos you approve. No lock-in — no exclusivity contract, no "you leave — you pay"; you stay because it works for you, not because you signed.

What a working evening looks like — from the inside

The booking reaches you with every detail closed in advance: the city, the hour, the format, the character, the photo boundaries and the figure. You confirm — and from that moment the coordinator runs the logistics: exact address, parking, entrance minute. On the night you arrive in regular clothes, get ready on site, do what you are best at — and the payment is yours before you walk out the door. A glitch, a question, a bad feeling mid-evening? The coordinator is on the phone, and your word decides.

How much you earn — an honest answer

We will not throw inflated numbers: the income depends on how many evenings you take and in which formats. What we will say — one working evening with us is worth more than several shifts in a restaurant or a bar, your tips stay entirely yours, and whoever works weekends consistently builds an income hard to match in a regular job. In the introduction call we talk real numbers by your availability — no promises in the air.

Who it suits — and who it does not

It suits whoever loves a stage and knows how to hold a room; whoever wants evening work that leaves the days free; whoever seeks an organised framework with backing, not a lone adventure. It suits less whoever is looking for "easy money" — this is real work: rehearsals, characters, travel, a crowd that must be lifted even on an off day. Whoever understands that finds a profession here, not a tangle.

Languages: Hebrew, Russian, English

The base is Hebrew, but some of our evenings are bilingual — so Russian or English is a real advantage, both in casting and in the rates of international evenings. The introduction call can run in any of the three languages.

How to join: four steps

One: a WhatsApp message with the word "dancers", a stage or first name, your age, your city — and two or three photos (no face is fine). Two: a short introduction call — phone or video, whichever is comfortable. Three: an impression meeting with a choreographer: some movement, some talk, zero commitment on either side. Four: mentoring — the first evenings alongside an experienced dancer, until you feel at home. From first message to first evening — usually a week or two.

Your safety: how it is actually built

Not slogans — procedures. Every booking passes a chat filter before it ever reaches you: a verified address, boundaries closed, the figure locked. The coordinator knows where you are at every moment — an arrival message going in, a finish message going out, an open phone in between. And one rule that never negotiates: your word stops anything — if something feels wrong, the show ends, the coordinator handles the rest, and you are on your way home. Across thousands of evenings that rule has been invoked only a handful of times — but it exists, it is written, and it works.

A typical working week — so you know what to expect

Most of our dancers work two to four evenings a week: Thursday and Saturday night are the busy ones, midweek is calmer. A working evening means three to four hours door to door, travel included. Once a week — a group rehearsal or character work with the choreographer. The days? Entirely yours: studies, a second job, life. That is exactly why this profession fits around everything else — it lives in the hours when everyone sleeps.

Where you grow from here

A real track, not a slideshow: you start in solo, and whoever wants joins a standing pair (our duos dance together for years — a craft of its own). The next step — VIP projects with personal scripts, which demand acting too. And the veterans become mentors to the new dancers, with pay for every mentoring evening. Nobody has to climb — staying in solo and working beautifully is a full path; but for whoever wants a bigger stage, the stairs exist.

Three myths — and straight answers

"It is short-term work." Our dancers stay for years — because when the terms are fair and the backing is real, there is no reason to run. "Everyone will know." A stage name, a no-face gallery if you wish, correspondence that is not kept — the discretion we sell to clients works first of all for you. "There must be something shady." The boundaries are written on every page of this site and closed with the client before you leave home: a stage performance, full stop. Whoever looks for something else never gets past our chat at all.

The questions you surely have

Most answers are already below on this page — and whatever is not, you ask directly: the correspondence is discreet, kept no longer than needed, and nobody calls you without arrangement. The first step is one message — and it commits you to nothing.
