"Can we have someone tonight?" is the most common message we receive after nine in the evening, and in most cases the answer is yes. A last-minute booking is not a compromise and not "whoever is left" — it is an entirely legitimate format we produce almost every night. This post explains exactly what is possible on short notice, what we need from you to move fast, and where the line is at which we will honestly say tomorrow would be better.
How fast it actually happens
Two hours from confirmation is the realistic estimate in most of our cities, and sometimes less. The time breaks down like this: ten to twenty minutes for coordination and written confirmation, forty minutes for the dancer to prepare — hair, make-up, costume — and then the drive, by city: Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan twenty to thirty minutes, the outer edge of the region forty-five to fifty-five. We give you an exact arrival time in writing before anyone leaves, and update it if it shifts.
What we need from you — four details
So we can answer within minutes rather than asking ten questions: the city and approximate address; how many of you there are; the type of venue — a flat, a loft, a garden, a suite; and a desired hour, even roughly. That is all. With those four we come back with the list of who is free tonight, real photographs and a final price. Without them we will still answer, but the process takes ten minutes longer — and at the last minute ten minutes is a lot.
What changes in the choice
The only thing that genuinely narrows on short notice is the gallery. On an ordinary weekday evening you will usually have three to six dancers free; on a summer Friday night perhaps two. That does not mean "whoever is left" — every one of the nineteen meets the same bar — but it does mean that if you specifically wanted a particular dancer, yesterday would have been the time to write. What does not change: the price per the price list, the length of the show, and the full procedure. There is no "urgency" surcharge and no pricing by pressure.
What you can still request at the last minute
More than you would think. A specific character from the costume wardrobe — if it is in the bag of whoever is free, and it usually is. A personal song — send a link and we weave it in. A duo format — possible, but it needs two dancers free in the same window, so the odds drop on weekend evenings. What is genuinely hard on two hours' notice: a tailored VIP script, a made-to-order costume, or texts for Nicole's light show — those need a day or two.
A same-evening booking: the full timeline
21:40 you write. 21:45 you have two or three options with photographs and a final price. 21:55 you choose and confirm in writing. 22:00 the dancer starts getting ready and you receive "leaving for you in forty minutes". 22:50 the "I am here" message — we agree the exact entrance minute. 23:00 the show begins. By midnight it is all done and your evening continues. That is not an idealised scenario but an average: this is what most midweek nights look like with us.
Who books at the last minute
Three types, all of them familiar to us. A crew whose evening rolled on — they started at a restaurant, moved to a flat, and at eleven someone had an idea. An organiser who remembered — a birthday tomorrow, and it suddenly became clear there was no surprise. Someone who was simply hesitating — thought about it for a week and finally pressed send at eight in the evening. None of the three gets different treatment or a different price; the only difference is how fast you answer the four questions we send.
What happens during those two hours on our side
The moment you confirm, three processes start in parallel. The coordinator agrees the entrance minute with you and checks details about the space; the dancer starts getting ready and packs the costume for the character you chose; and someone on our side checks the route and updates the exact arrival time. You receive one update midway — "leaving for you" — and one before the entrance. It sounds simple, and that is precisely the point: an evening closed in two hours should feel as calm as one closed a week ahead.
When we will tell you tomorrow is better
We do not sell at any cost, so there are cases where the answer will be honest. If at the hour you asked for there is no dancer suited to the evening you described, we suggest another hour or another date rather than pushing a mediocre match. If the address is unusually far and the hour is already late, we tell you the realistic timing and you decide. How to improve your odds on a busy night
Four tips from the field. Be flexible about the hour — a thirty-minute shift sometimes opens two more options. Be flexible about the style — saying "something energetic" instead of one specific name finds a match faster. Write early in the evening — by ten at night the schedule is built; at eight there is still room. Send the four details in the first message — it saves all the back and forth. With those four, even a summer Friday is usually solvable.
Payment, cancellation and last-minute changes
There are no deposits and no card details — payment is in cash at the end of the show, exactly the figure closed in chat. If plans change after you confirmed: update us in a message. As long as the dancer has not left, there is no cost at all. If she is already on her way, we will try to solve it together — usually the hour can shift or the address can change. All we ask is one thing: tell us as early as you can, because a free evening can be given to somebody else.

If it is nine in the evening and an idea came up — simply write. At worst we say tonight is taken and suggest tomorrow; at best, within two hours, you have a whole evening.
